Information You Provide Directly

Contact Form: We collect your name, email address, and any message content you submit through our contact form.

Project Submissions: When you use our "Post a Project" feature, we collect your name, email address, company name, project details, and language requirements.

Booking and Scheduling: When you book a session, we collect your name, email address, contact number, and details about the service you are booking.

Shop Purchases: When you make a purchase, we collect your name, billing address, shipping address, and email address. Payment details are handled separately by our payment processor (see Section 4).

Voice Actor Applications: When you apply to join our roster, we collect your name, email address, demo files, and CV or résumé submitted to info@toosixmg.com.

Newsletter and Marketing: If you choose to subscribe to marketing communications, we collect your email address.

Information Collected Automatically

When you visit the Site, we and our third-party service providers automatically collect certain technical data, including your IP address, browser type and version, device type and operating system, pages visited and time spent on each page, the URL of the page you visited before ours, and the date and time of your visit. We use the information we collect to respond to contact and project inquiries, process bookings and appointments, fulfill shop orders and arrange delivery, display relevant advertisements through Google AdSense, analyze website traffic and improve the Site through Google Analytics, process payments securely through KG Inicis, send marketing emails to users who have opted in, and comply with applicable legal obligations.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party for their own marketing purposes.

Analytics data is retained for up to 26 months, in accordance with Google Analytics default settings.

After the applicable retention period, personal data is securely deleted or anonymized.
