1. Order Processing & Fulfillment

All products sold on this website are made to order and fulfilled by our production partner Printful.
Because each item is custom-produced after an order is placed, we are unable to accept cancellations or changes once production has started.

2. Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled only before production begins.

  • Once an order has entered production, cancellation is not possible.

To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at:
contact@toosixmg.com (Mon-Fri, 10:00AM ~ 5:00PM KST)

3. Returns & Refunds

Change of Mind

Because products are custom-made, we do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size, color, or design selected by the customer
     

Damaged or Defective Items

We will offer a replacement or refund if:

  • The product arrives damaged

  • The product is defective

  • The print quality is incorrect

  • The wrong item was received
     

Requirements:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Provide clear photos of the issue

  • Include your order number
     

Once the issue is verified, we will:

  • Issue a replacement at no additional cost or

  • Provide a full refund, depending on the situation

4. Lost Packages

If a package is confirmed lost in transit:

  • A replacement or refund will be provided after carrier investigation

  • Shipping delays alone do not qualify as lost packages
     

5. Refund Method & Timing

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time: 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider

본 웹사이트에서 판매되는 모든 상품은 주문 제작 상품이며, 당사의 제작 파트너인 Printful을 통해 제작 및 배송됩니다.
모든 상품은 주문 접수 후 개별 제작되므로, 제작이 시작된 이후에는 주문 취소 또는 변경이 불가능합니다.

 

2. 주문 취소 안내

주문은 제작이 시작되기 전에만 취소가 가능합니다.

이미 제작 단계에 들어간 주문은 취소가 불가능합니다.

3. 반품 및 환불 안내

단순 변심

본 상품은 주문 제작 상품으로, 아래 사유에 대해서는 반품 및 환불이 불가합니다.

  • 단순 변심

  • 고객의 선택 오류(사이즈, 색상, 디자인 등)

상품 불량 또는 오배송

아래의 경우에 한해 교환 또는 환불이 가능합니다.

  • 상품이 파손된 상태로 배송된 경우

  • 상품에 제작 불량이 있는 경우

  • 인쇄 품질에 문제가 있는 경우

  • 주문한 상품과 다른 상품이 배송된 경우

접수 조건:

  • 상품 수령 후 7일 이내 문의

  • 문제를 확인할 수 있는 명확한 사진 제출

  • 주문 번호 포함

확인 절차 완료 후, 상황에 따라 다음 중 하나를 진행합니다.

  • 추가 비용 없이 재배송

  • 전액 환불

4. 배송 중 분실된 상품

배송 중 분실이 확인된 경우,
배송사 조사 완료 후 재배송 또는 환불이 진행됩니다.

단순 배송 지연은 분실로 간주되지 않습니다.

5. 환불 방법 및 소요 기간

승인된 환불은 결제 시 사용한 동일한 결제 수단으로 처리됩니다.
