If you do not agree to these Terms, please discontinue use of the Site immediately.

These Terms apply alongside our Privacy Policy and Refund & Return Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms of Service shall take precedence.

TooSix Media Group reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. About TooSix Media Group

TooSix Media Group ("we," "us," or "our") is a multilingual voice casting agency and professional recording studio headquartered in Seoul, Republic of Korea. We operate the following services through this Site:

Multilingual voice casting for animation, commercials, e-learning, narration, and video game projects. Professional studio recording and sound design services. A booking and scheduling system for studio and consulting sessions. A project submission system ("Post a Project") for clients seeking voice casting services. A merchandise shop selling TooSix-branded and related products. The V.O. Hero brand and related content, including blog articles, social media channels, and educational resources.

These Terms govern your use of the Site and all services offered through it.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to enter into any service agreement, make a purchase, or submit a project through this Site. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

If you are accessing the Site on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

4. Services and Bookings

TooSix Media Group provides professional voice casting and studio services as described on the Site. All service descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change without prior notice.

Booking requests are not confirmed until you receive a written confirmation from TooSix Media Group via email. We reserve the right to decline any booking or project request at our discretion.

For studio session bookings, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee at the company's discretion. No-shows without prior notice will be charged in full.

For project-based services, timelines, deliverables, and pricing will be agreed upon in writing prior to the commencement of work. Any scope changes requested after work has begun may result in additional charges.

TooSix Media Group makes no guarantee of specific outcomes, results, or performance from any voice actor or studio service provided. All creative decisions remain at the professional discretion of TooSix Media Group and its talent roster.

5. Project Submissions

By submitting a project through our "Post a Project" form, you confirm that you have the legal right to commission the work described, that the content you are requesting does not violate any applicable law, and that you will provide accurate and complete project information.

TooSix Media Group reserves the right to decline any project submission that contains content we determine to be unlawful, offensive, discriminatory, or otherwise inconsistent with our company values.

Submission of a project request does not constitute a binding agreement. A binding agreement is only formed upon written confirmation from TooSix Media Group, including agreed scope, timeline, and pricing.

6. Shop Purchases and Payments

Purchases made through the TooSix Media Group shop are processed through KG Inicis, a certified Korean payment gateway. By completing a purchase, you agree to the payment terms presented at checkout.

All prices are listed in the currency displayed at the time of purchase. TooSix Media Group is not responsible for currency conversion fees or charges applied by your bank or card issuer.

For information on refunds, returns, and exchanges, please refer to our Refund & Return Policy, available at www.toosixmg.com/refund-return-policy. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the Refund & Return Policy, the Refund & Return Policy shall govern for matters relating to shop purchases.

TooSix Media Group reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at any time, including after payment has been processed, in which case a full refund will be issued.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio samples, video content, blog articles, and software — is the property of TooSix Media Group or its licensors and is protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws of the Republic of Korea and international treaties.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on this Site without the prior written consent of TooSix Media Group.

Voice recordings and audio content delivered to clients as part of a commissioned project are subject to the licensing terms agreed upon in writing at the time of the engagement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, TooSix Media Group and its voice talent retain all underlying rights to their performances, with a limited license granted to the client for the agreed use case, territory, and duration only.

Any content you submit to the Site — including project briefs, messages, or other communications — remains your property. By submitting it, you grant TooSix Media Group a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use that content solely for the purpose of responding to or fulfilling your request.

8. Prohibited Conduct

By using this Site, you agree not to engage in any of the following:

Using the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable local, national, or international law. Submitting false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any form or booking system on the Site. Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, its servers, or any systems connected to the Site. Uploading or transmitting any viruses, malware, or other harmful code. Scraping, crawling, or using automated tools to extract data from the Site without prior written permission. Reproducing, copying, or reselling any part of the Site or its services without authorization. Harassing, threatening, or abusing any TooSix Media Group staff, voice actors, or other users. Commissioning content that is defamatory, discriminatory, sexually explicit, or otherwise harmful or illegal.

TooSix Media Group reserves the right to terminate access to the Site for any user found to be in violation of these prohibitions.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, services, or platforms, including but not limited to YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn. These links are provided for convenience only. Your use of any third-party service is governed by that service's own terms and privacy policies. TooSix Media Group is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of third-party services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Korean law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or to the Site shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Seoul, Republic of Korea.
